this has been sitting in my head because the industry keeps pushing it faster.

Internal workload sharing is the first thing brands underestimate in a collab

from outside it can look like obvious progress. inside the team it can feel like one more moving part with no spare hands. i am less interested in the polished version and more in the boring reality.

where did this actually help, and where did it become expensive noise?

first-week excitement can lie. repeat behavior is the only part i trust now.

we tried something close to this. good upside was real, but the team energy cost was also real.

for me this is not bad trend, just dangerous if business run it before the core workflow is stable enough.
