Sales wants more flexibility, ops wants fewer surprises, and the gap is getting wider
forum talk makes it sound simple. actual work does not. numbers can look fine, cup can disagree, workflow can look smooth then break once the pace gets busy. that gap is what bothers me.
for anyone who has repeated this in real work, what stayed true after the first nice result?
