collaboration between coffee brand and bakery looks like one of those ideas that can either become strong long-term asset or just another busy project. I am interested in the boring reality behind it: workload, consistency, staff energy, customer response, and repeatability.

I would not reject collaboration between coffee brand and bakery at all, but I think many operators start it too early. First the core operation must be calm, then extra initiative has better chance.

What changed my mind about collaboration between coffee brand and bakery was seeing repeat behavior, not first-week excitement. Coffee business always has ideas; the rare thing is ideas that stay healthy.
