Email newsletter for roastery brands: still useful or mostly ignored?

email newsletters for roastery brands looks like one of those ideas that can either become strong long-term asset or just another busy project. I am interested in the boring reality behind it: workload, consistency, staff energy, customer response, and repeatability.

If you have already tested email newsletters for roastery brands, what result convinced you to continue or to stop?

For email newsletters for roastery brands, execution quality matters more than the idea itself. Many good concepts fail because the team runs it without enough clarity and follow-up.

in Indonesia i often see email newsletters for roastery brands sound exciting in beginning, but after some weeks the discipline go down. so i think system is more important than hype.

My impression is that email newsletters for roastery brands looks stronger from outside than inside. Customer may like it, but if the team feels overloaded the long-term value drops fast.

I would not reject email newsletters for roastery brands at all, but I think many operators start it too early. First the core operation must be calm, then extra initiative has better chance.

What changed my mind about email newsletters for roastery brands was seeing repeat behavior, not first-week excitement. Coffee business always has ideas; the rare thing is ideas that stay healthy.
