more radiation, more market, how can it still be visible?

ACTION and several industrial reports record significant growth roasty Indonesia from 2018 to now. In the big city almost every month there's a new rodeo launch.

Is this a sign that the market will oversaturated, or is it just a big cake sign and a lot to take?

And for the present, how do we keep the visible and relevant when more new players go in with high spirits and prices are sometimes more aggressive?

saturation is relative. Jakarta and Bali are probably already very dense. But take a look at tier 2 and 3 cities like the flood, New Pekanbaru, Manado. There's specialty roasion still very limited while the coffee cul-tum is on the move.

what's going to happen in the next few years is consolidation. roastry that has no genuine differential and not financially reliable will be closed. market options will be more steep.

consolidation is unvitable, but the timeline is unpredictable. what to think about now: make sure not to be in the consolidated section.

it's actually good for industry because market education is faster. the guy who introduced specialty coffee by one roastry could be another cosmetry customer.

it's a good theory but in practice it happens more often the price war between new roasters which haven't been profitted, and that's a total market price neken.

it's not a price or packaging, it's a relationship. roastery that has genuine community and loyal base, how much do you want.

niche's the key. "specialty coffee" is too broad. Specifically to a specific niche: coffee flores only, natural process alone, for enthusiast espresso. It's easier to go to the niche than the generalist.
