the consumption at the cafe may be stagnant but home blowing continues to rise, any available?

from what I've observed since pandemic, culture home blowing continues. The guy who used to have coffee at the cafe is now invested in his own equipment. AeroPress, Hario V60, even the espresso machine entry- level is getting mainstream.

NCA 2023 report called 66% American coffee drinks brew at home daily. Indonesian post- trendy pandemic is similar.

It's a big chance actually for roasion, but it takes an adjustment: packaging is more variative (100g, 200g for home brewer), more intense education, content that helps people in the house.

Someone's been on the shift focusing on the home brewer market and can you tell me the impact on the revenue?

priority switch to D2C home brewer 2 years ago, positive results. packaging 100g became the best seller when it used to be considered uneconomically focused. margin per gram higher than 2kg B2B bag.

education content is a game changer for this segment. The guy who just bought the V60 is the first active link to the brew. If you give them the content and you sell the recommended coffee, it's natural that they become customers.

have you tried YouTube or Tickook? Or still the dominant Instagram for educational content?

The most effective knock now is to reach an unfamiliar brand. Instagram more to existing community. YouTube for more indepth and long@-@ form content.

challenge home brewer market: they're more familiar with brand tools than coffee brands. loyalty to a certain roastery takes longer to build.

coffee bundle plus starter guide blowing that approach works. there are guides, new people want to explore. this could also be sosmed shareable content.

ask as a civilian: buy 100g or straight 250g for home breathing? fear of stale before it runs out.

100g is up to 1-2 weeks if the brew is 1 -2 cups a day. optimal roasted bean in 2-4 weeks after roast, so 100g is safe to begin.
