throwing this here because the topic is getting louder and my confidence is not getting better.

Night packing shifts solve one problem and quietly create three more

forum talk makes it sound simple. actual work does not. numbers can look fine, cup can disagree, workflow can look smooth then break once the pace gets busy. that gap is what bothers me.

for anyone who has repeated this in real work, what stayed true after the first nice result?

my problem is theory sounds clean, production never is. that gap is where this gets annoying.

yes this part. once the baseline moves, the discussion gets fake fast.

i trust repeated boring data more than one impressive run. this topic punishes people who chase one highlight.

for us the useful part was not the idea itself, more the discipline it forced on the team.

weather, storage, machine condition, all of that sneaks into the conclusion and people act like it does not.

we saw benefit, but mostly on the harder coffees. forgiving lots hide the difference too easily.

same feeling here. one clean result fooled me early. after a few repeats the picture looked less simple.

i see this topic many time. one good batch make people too confident. after repeat more, the result become more honest.
