maintention roaster: wait broken or preventive schedules?

i admit the first few years tend to be reactive, wait for any strange sounds or machine performance to feel different than the check-ups. the results will never be downtime at the most inappropriate, at the high order.

now start the preventive schedule. what i know is important:
- clear the cyclone every 10-20 hours.
- check and calibrate the thermocouple probe every 3-6 months.
- bearing drum inspection every approximately 500- 1000 hours.
- gas line and connector check routine

anyone have a real maintenance schedule? or is it still a tribal knowledge in a mechanical head?
