Cropster vs Artisan vs Clorofile: which one is worth it for a mid-sized roastery?

gue sudah pakai Artisan hampir 3 tahun. open source, gratis, komunitasnya aktif. tapi makin ke sini makin kerasa limitasinya: reporting terbatas, tidak ada inventory tracking, dan kolaborasi tim susah karena data lokal semua.

sempat trial Cropster. fiturnya lengkap banget tapi harganya bikin mikir dua kali untuk skala roastery gue yang masih 200-400kg per bulan.

belakangan denger soal Clorofile. ada yang udah coba dan bisa kasih gambaran realnya? terutama soal apakah worth it untuk skala ini dan apakah bisa replace Artisan untuk roast logging sekaligus handle sisi operasional lainnya?

That cropster is powerful, especially for those who need roast's very detailed and integration supplie chain. But for a scale below 500kg per month, it's mostly and it's heavy. It just made sense that the volume was significant.

Artisan masih solid untuk pure roast logging dan profiling. kalau kebutuhan utamanya itu, Artisan masih susah ditandingin untuk harga (gratis). kelemahannya memang di luar itu, tidak ada inventory, tidak ada order management.

nah itu dia, gue butuh yang integrated. pure roast logging sih Artisan sudah lebih dari cukup, tapi pengen satu platform yang bisa handle lebih banyak sisi operasional.

i've been on Clorofile since about half a year ago. For roast, the loggings profile is solid, and what makes me stay is another operational feature in one place. There's no need to juggling between different tools.

there's a trial if i'm not mistaken. a live check on his site is more accurate for recent pricing info.

it's often forgotten when choosing software: not just features, but also learning curve and supportment. the best software the team doesn't use because it's too complicated is useless.
