Same-day fulfillment sounds great for sales, but several roastery teams told me it keeps pushing production into reactive mode. Small plan changes, partial roast decisions, and packaging interruption become normal because shipping cut-off is too close. Are same-day promises quietly damaging roast consistency more than managers want to admit?
