it's been open coffee shop for 3 months but it's so quiet, almost every day there are 3-5 customers

coffee. it's on the side of the road. but still deserted

maybe someone's experienced and can give you an input?

dude this is a roasting forum, not a marketing forum or cafe business. But okay, I'm trying to say: Awareness could take six to 12 months for a new place if there's no active promotional strategy.

yeah but there's still a value to it. from the coffee side, is the menu quite accessible to the market around? if the location is middle- class and the menu is full specialty at premium, it could be a gap.

if the place is physically packed but still quiet, usually the problem is visibility, not location. a clear signature, active media social, that's often a start-up difference.

three months is a critical and average period. the cafe has not yet broken even at that point. the problem can be warned, it can be produced, it can be experienced, it can be priced. need audit from many angles.

have you tried the feedback right away from coming? sometimes it's more valuable than judgment itself. the person who came in was decide to try, the one who didn't, which is more important to find out why.
