the way to approach an equipment brand most makes sense: start from organic use. when it's got a genuine relationship with their product, it reaches into the marketing team with an authentic story about using it more convining from the cold pitch.

the one i observe from the collab works: both sides got aesthetic that aligned. if visual branding coffee brand is clean and minimal, the match equipments will work. if it's not aligned, it feels random.

not all of the equification brand wants the same collab that doesn't have a name. They also want the brand that Collab took add value to their name, not the other way around. So there's an asymmetry here that the ZZC001Zs are still small.

fair point. But the local gap: local equipment brand or exclusive importer that's building the name in Indonesia is more open for the same Colllab Zroaster that already has good repulsions. Mutual growing play.

there's also a smaller version of this collab: exclusive "receiver card" or a brewing guide made with a brand equipment. low cost, no sharing inventory, but there's still a second name brand on one material.
