this has been on my mind after a few events and group chats lately.

Friendly communities still need basic norms once size starts growing

from the outside the community can still look healthy. inside, energy may already be leaking. people do not always complain. sometimes they just stop showing up. that part is easy to miss.

in Indonesia meetup also same sometimes. if room already dominated by confident people, beginner become passive very fast.
