this has been sitting in my head because the industry keeps pushing it faster.

Sensory training apps are improving, but real calibration still happens face to face

from outside it can look like obvious progress. inside the team it can feel like one more moving part with no spare hands. i am less interested in the polished version and more in the boring reality.

where did this actually help, and where did it become expensive noise?

i think timing is a big part. same idea can be smart six months later and messy right now.

the metric matters here. if nobody agrees what success looks like, the whole thing becomes vibes and screenshots.

i would not reject it, but many operators start this too early while the core workflow is still shaky.

for us the idea was not the problem. the explanation to staff and customer took more work than expected.

agree. once the workflow gets tired, the nice strategy starts looking expensive.

we tried something close to this. good upside was real, but the team energy cost was also real.

people underestimate the boring maintenance side because the launch side is easier to show online.

for me this is not bad trend, just dangerous if business run it before the core workflow is stable enough.
