throwing this here because the topic is getting louder and my confidence is not getting better.

The cleaner the paperwork looks, the more I worry someone skipped messy reality

forum talk makes it sound simple. actual work does not. numbers can look fine, cup can disagree, workflow can look smooth then break once the pace gets busy. that gap is what bothers me.

for anyone who has repeated this in real work, what stayed true after the first nice result?

my problem is theory sounds clean, production never is. that gap is where this gets annoying.

weather, storage, machine condition, all of that sneaks into the conclusion and people act like it does not.

people keep calling it small detail, but three small misses together can move the cup a lot.

i see this topic many time. one good batch make people too confident. after repeat more, the result become more honest.
