How do you keep community language inclusive when jargon grows too fast?

keeping community language inclusive looks small from outside, but in practice it changes the feeling of a whole community. One bad habit can quietly push people away, while one good habit can make people return for years.

If you have experience with keeping community language inclusive, what action made the biggest positive difference?

I think keeping community language inclusive becomes difficult when one person carries too much invisible work. Community feels organic from outside, but inside there is always maintenance.

From what I saw, keeping community language inclusive improves when the group leaves room for different levels of knowledge. If only very confident people can speak, the space shrinks fast.

I would treat keeping community language inclusive like culture building, not project management only. The habit people repeat each month is what defines the community later.

For keeping community language inclusive, consistency of small actions matters more than one big event. People return because the space feels reliable, not because one poster looked exciting.
