Why do rainy-day production runs feel different even with the same roasting settings?

Rainy-day production still feels different to me even when settings, gas notes, and batch size stay the same. I know ambient changes are real, but sometimes the cup shift feels bigger than the screen suggests. What part usually moves first for you on humid days?

Airflow behavior changes first on my side. Drying rhythm feels heavier.

Same. Humid day problem is small changes stacking together, not one dramatic parameter.

Probe reaction also looks more lazy when room feels wet and warm.

Green storage condition before roast matters more on those days.

I change less than before, but I pay closer attention to early color and smell.

Sometimes cyclone pull feels different even before the cup shows it.
