Is the market starting to pay more attention to shelf life than to processing novelty?

Many roasters still like interesting story, but lately more buyers ask how the coffee holds after one month, two months, even longer. Maybe shelf life is becoming bigger concern than novelty now. Do you see this shift too?

For import planning, yes. Shelf life affects real money more than social media reaction.

Seems like that. Many roaster maybe tired buying exciting lot that drops fast after short time.

In Philippines market this is true for cafe accounts. They want coffee that still tastes clear after inventory rotation.

Novelty sells first, stability sells second and third order.
