i was about to open up a small cafe and i'm planning a menu.

if i charge more for the oat milk, is that fair? and how big of a genuinely important segment does this plan-based option versus that just follow a trend?

charge more for oat milk is industrial standard. Almost every extra cafe charge Rp 5-10rb. The customer the request oat milk already expect this.

Oatly as the biggest brand grows from GBP 150 million to 580 million revenue between 2019-2022. Not a small trend. But don't forget that Minor Figures, Soy milk, and almond milk are also the smaller market options.

let's start with the oat milk if the budget is limited. once stable can add other options. there's no need to be direct all at once.

often ignored: save both expiry and brand consistency. change the brand oat milk suddenly can be different especially for lattes.
