education not a theory

many say "no hard selling, education your customer." Okay. But the action. What's the concrete? The original post on Instagram? cupping notes in packaging? Making workshop?

I've tried a few things but confused which is most effective for conversion to actual sales. Does anyone have any real data or experience?

the most direct convert to sales of my experience: blowing guide shared per purchase, plus follow-up simple "How's the coffee?" it's more powerful than 10 post education on Instagram.

it's key. a barista that could explain why he recommended a certain coffee for a certain method brewing, and the proven was right, it built a trust that put the customer back together.

this is the most underrated. the trained barista can genually guide the customer is 100x more powerful than any sosmed content.

i tried the monthly free workshop, intro to specialty coffee. who is most likely a semi-aware person. conversion rate to custom repeat about 40%.

40% is great. how many people per workshop usually?

12 people per session. so average 4-5 is regular customer every month. quite a worthwhile.

that information label is underutilized too. the person who buys coffee at the supermarket or online often takes it home without knowing the proper brewing recomposition. it's a lost opportunity.
