if we sell coffee, it gets worse. what reason would a reason add up?

i'm starting to feel a little too dependent on one of the revenue streams: selling coffee. When there's a disturbance supply, change the price of green bean, or Seasondrop, goes straight to the cashflow.

already started exploring some options: Zcupping class for the general, roasting class, selling supporting equipments. But no one has been seriously executed yet.

What I want to know is: which revolve stream is the most realistic added without having to build capacity of zero?

cupping class and the marching margins class are good because the fixed cost is low. Rent a place if you don't have your own space, a little coffee material per session. could charge Rp 250-350rb per person, session 2 hours, capacity 8-12 participants. Small overhead, the value of the large participants.

the equipment resell is fascinating but careful. there's enough expertise for a custom guide, there's an aftersales extraction, and if there's a problem with the stuff being sold, it's his brandy's reputation too.

this is what i think twice about. the aftersale of responsibility is not ready. i handle it now.

corporate coffee experience is an interesting segment. many companies want to hire a team building session with a coffee theme. his budget is usually bigger than a custom retail and one event can be a general resort equivalent to a one-week coffee sale.

the merchandise talks about brand roasion is low-risk and can strengthen brand identity at once. tote bag, tumbler, gift pack. the margins can be nice and don't need a new expertisant.

the subscriptions box with the coffee bundle plus the merchandise is a model of some more roaster expleore. average order value higher per dropment and unboxing experience is shareable.

it's also important: don't add too much of the stream revenue at once. every stream needs attention and resource. better a new stream that goes better than three that's half-half.
