from the note order on the phone to the system, how's the transition going?
With the volume starting to rise, the process is beginning to be unsustainable. There are often typo, overorder, or production schedules that don't connect to custom deadlines.
What I want to know: has anyone ever transferred from a manual to a more structured one? What's the process, what's the most helpful to begin with, and is it really worth it?
