drum speed in roaster gorge to taste anyway? Or is it a myth?

jadi udah beberapa bulan ini gw eksperimen sama drum speed di mesin Ozturk 5kg gw. awalnya gw kira drum speed itu gak terlalu penting, yg penting gas sama airflow aja.

tapi waktu gw coba nurunin drum speed dari default (sekitar 60rpm) ke 45rpm, hasilnya kok beda ya. rasanya kayak... lebih "berat" gitu. lebih full body tapi keasamannya agak kurang bright.

terus gw balik lagi ke 60rpm, rasa keasamannya balik lagi.

pertanyaan gw:
1. ini gw yg kepengaruh sugesti aja atau emang drum speed segitu ngaruhnya?
2. ada patokan rpm berapa yg bagus utk light vs dark?
3. kalau drum speed pelan tp gas kenceng itu gimana efeknya?

ini beneran bikin gw penasaran krn gak banyak yg ngebahas drum speed secara spesifik

not a suggestion, drum speed is a joke. The point is that drum speed affects time contact seeds equal hot drum surface. lower rpm = longer contact per round = conduction higher than the conference. That's why it's more heavy body. higher rpm = acorns more often hit hot air = more dominant conventions = more bright.

RPM range is a different machine, though, not to be played. The only thing that matters is that the chrysalis are flat in the drum, nothing sticks or doesn't move. How about a rough check: if you listen to the heavy thump, slow down, if you listen to the seed like "siasss" is okay.

i used to play rpm until 30rpm, but it got hot-spot seeds on the drums that got burned in part. high school. don't be so slow.

for the question of drum speed slow + wind gas: The seeds got hot conduction high from the drum and high convalence from the gas. The results could be uneven development, beyond the instant item is still young. I've had this conversation in a rush to target the temperature.

i honestly just found out about this for reading this thread. I've never changed a drum speed in my entire life. Looks like we're trying our own experiment too
