just started learning coffee and listening. there's a natural type of coffee, wasted, same honey.

i thought "natural" meant organic or healthier. it's not, is it? what difference does it make?

and out of those three, which one tastes the best?

it's a post-harvest processing method, not healthy. natural: dried seeds with whole Zcherry, flavored taste fruity, winelike, full body. The fruit skin was separated before drying, more clean and bright, acidity clear. In the middle, some of the fruit is still stuck to it when it's dry.

there's no "best" because it's a preference. there's coffee lover who likes bright and clean washed, best try all three of the same original newly could compare more apple- to-apple.

honey also has gradation. Black honey, red, yellow, white, depending on how many mucilage has left. The darker the honey, the more natural the character.

indonesia's specialty coffee mostly sells all three, but the local washed (like a Gaya come or Toraja washed) and the natural Ethiopia is the most common. Depending on stock and harvest.

dari sisi roasting: natural biasanya butuh sedikit lebih hati-hati karena residual sugar dari buah yang nempel bisa bikin lebih mudah tipping kalau tidak careful di charging phase. washed lebih predictable.
