collaboration for education and training, is this an investment or a quality?
One of the models I see is starting to grow: the coffee brand collaborates with the hotel school or the SMK for the internship program or the extra curriculum. The brand of love equipments and raw materials, the school's allowing access to barista candidates and distribution channels to the hospital industry.
From the pure business side, this might look like Charity. But the barista pipeline is well-trained. It's an industrial benefit as a whole, including the brand that invests into this training.
Has anyone ever been involved in a collaboration model like this?
