this has been sitting in my head because the industry keeps pushing it faster.

The best applicants are getting pickier about transparency and that makes sense

from outside it can look like obvious progress. inside the team it can feel like one more moving part with no spare hands. i am less interested in the polished version and more in the boring reality.

where did this actually help, and where did it become expensive noise?

we got better results after shrinking the scope. once it touched too many channels, quality dropped.

for us the idea was not the problem. the explanation to staff and customer took more work than expected.

i think timing is a big part. same idea can be smart six months later and messy right now.

from Indonesia side, customer response can be good, but staff explanation must be simple. if too complicated, conversion go down.
