this has been sitting in my head because the industry keeps pushing it faster.

from outside it can look like obvious progress. inside the team it can feel like one more moving part with no spare hands. i am less interested in the polished version and more in the boring reality.

where did this actually help, and where did it become expensive noise?

people underestimate the boring maintenance side because the launch side is easier to show online.

first-week excitement can lie. repeat behavior is the only part i trust now.

the stronger version of this usually has tighter operations behind it. weak operations make it look fake fast.

we tried something close to this. good upside was real, but the team energy cost was also real.

agree. once the workflow gets tired, the nice strategy starts looking expensive.

customer trust helped more than campaign size on this one. without trust the traffic felt empty.

we got better results after shrinking the scope. once it touched too many channels, quality dropped.

i see many operator excited in beginning, then after some weeks the discipline drop and the idea look weak. maybe system is more important than hype.
