Clorofile is an Integrated Roasting Management System that helps coffee roasters manage roasting profiles, record real-time roasting data, and connect with various roasting machines. The application works offline-first with automatic cloud synchronization.
How do I connect my roasting machine?
Go to Configuration > Machine Configuration, select your machine brand and model from over 700+ supported machines (Aillio, Probat, Hartanzah, Giesen, etc.), then choose the connection type (Serial Port / USB / Bluetooth). The application will automatically detect available ports. Make sure the machine driver is properly installed.
Is my data safe when there is no internet connection?
Yes. Clorofile uses offline-first technology. All roasting data, profiles, and configurations are stored in a local database and will automatically synchronize to the cloud once an internet connection is available without any data loss.
How do I create a new roast profile?
Go to Profiles > New Profile, then configure the parameters by selecting the beans to be roasted, the roasting operator, the machine to be used, the target profile, and the target production date. The profile will then appear in the Clorofile application.
Why can’t the application read data from my machine?

Please check the following:
- Serial/USB cable is properly connected
- Machine driver is installed (check Device Manager)
- The selected COM port matches the machine (Settings > Connections)
- No other application is using the same port
- Restart the application after connecting the cable
How do I change the application language?
Go to Settings > Language, then select from the available languages: English, Español, Français, العربية (Arabic), हिन्दी (Hindi), and other supported languages. Changes apply immediately without restarting the application.
Can I access roasting data from another computer?
Yes. With a Clorofile Cloud account, you can log in on another computer using the same account. All roasting history, profiles, and settings will automatically synchronize. Local data remains stored on each device for offline access.
How do I export roasting data to Excel or CSV?
From the Roast History page, select the roast(s) you want to export, then click Export > CSV / Excel. You can export a single roast or multiple roasts by selecting a date range. Files will be saved to the Downloads folder.
Can Clorofile be used with multiple machines?
Yes. Clorofile supports multi-roaster and multi-location operations.
Can Clorofile calculate production costs?
Absolutely. Clorofile includes warehouse management and accounting features, allowing accurate production cost calculations.
Can it be integrated with inventory management?
Yes. Clorofile synchronizes green bean and roasted bean inventory, significantly reducing human error in stock recording.

How do I uninstall the application?
