To create a new staff member or agent in your Clorofile Cloud System installation, navigate to Setup → Staff, then click the New Staff Member button.
Staff Information Fields

Enter the staff member’s first name. - Last Name
Enter the staff member’s last name. - Email
Enter the staff member’s email address. - Hourly Rate
The hourly rate is used when staff compensation is calculated based on the total logged time from tasks.
Within the staff profile, reports can be generated on the right-hand side based on the staff member’s hourly rate and recorded timesheets.
Please note that the staff hourly rate is not linked to the task hourly rate. This field is intended for internal reference purposes only. - Phone
Enter the staff member’s phone number. - Facebook
Enter the staff member’s Facebook profile link (optional). - LinkedIn
Enter the staff member’s LinkedIn profile link (optional). - Skype
Enter the staff member’s Skype ID (optional). - Default Language
Select the default language that will be used in the admin area when the staff member is logged in.
Please note that PDF documents will continue to be generated using the system’s default language. - Email Signature
If left empty, the default email signature configured in the system settings will be applied. - Direction
Select the text direction: RTL (Right-to-Left) or LTR (Left-to-Right). - Member Departments
Assign the staff member to one or more departments. These departments are used within the support area features.
Setting Staff Permissions
After completing all required fields, click the Permissions tab to configure the appropriate permissions for the staff member.

If a role is selected and that role already has predefined permissions, the corresponding permissions will be automatically selected when the role is assigned.
